Not every webshop platform can do the same things. So per connection Cuego records which operations that specific connection supports: looking up an order, reading stock, cancelling, refunding, resending an order confirmation.

An operation is only offered when it genuinely works. If the platform can't do it, it isn't there, not even as a half-working version. With WooCommerce, for example, resending an order confirmation is missing, because the API has no endpoint for it.

That sounds like a detail, but it is the difference between an AI that says it cancelled your order and an AI that actually did.

When a question comes in, the customer is recognised and their order sits beside it: what was ordered, what it cost, where the parcel is and whether a return is running. Without a second screen and without asking for an order number.

For the most common question, where is my parcel, Cuego fetches precisely what's needed: the shipping status, the tracking and the payment status. Not the whole order object, because that's slower and nobody needs to see the rest of that data.

Cancelling, refunding or adding a note to an order are things Cuego can carry out in your webshop itself. Those actions don't just run: they pass through the approval step in your workflow.

Reading and writing are deliberately two different things. A wrongly looked-up order status you correct in one sentence; a wrongly issued refund you have to ask the customer to return. So the line sits at how recoverable it is, not at how confident the AI is.
