What goes in is chunked and made searchable by meaning, not by keyword. So a customer asking whether they can still exchange their order also finds the passage about returns.

An answer comes with its source attached, so you can check where it came from. If Cuego finds nothing close enough to the question, it doesn't invent an answer from the surrounding text.
There's a floor on how well a found passage has to match the question before it counts. Sources below it don't get half-included, because half-included sources are exactly how you get an answer that's right in tone and wrong in content.

Every time Cuego finds no usable knowledge, that question is recorded. Similar questions are grouped and counted, so what's missed most often sits at the top.
That turns filling your knowledge base into a short list instead of a project. You don't write a hundred articles up front and hope they get read, you fill the gaps your customers pointed out themselves.
Updating once is enough. After that the answer applies everywhere that question comes up again.
