Customer service phone system with customer context and AI

On an incoming call Cuego recognises the number and puts the customer view on your screen: who it is, what it was about before and what is still open.

That saves the first two minutes of every call, normally spent working out who you're speaking to and what it's about. Those two minutes are also exactly where customers repeat themselves, because they already know the answer.

While you talk, the transcript runs alongside. You don't have to type to remember what was said, and afterwards the call is searchable by word.

The call becomes a ticket in the same inbox as your mail and chat the moment you answer, with a response time and an owner. Calling counts as ordinary work, under the same agreements about when it has to be answered.

After hanging up, Cuego proposes a summary with the agreements that were made. You approve it or adjust it, and then it hangs on the customer.

A promise made on the phone is the easiest one to forget, because nothing about it is written down. If something is committed to, it becomes a task with an owner and a date.

A missed call doesn't vanish into a call log but becomes a callback request. A call log is a list nobody owns.

Besides supporting, Cuego can also handle the call itself. That is off by default and you switch it on per phone number, so you can start with a single line.

The thinking comes from the same brain as chat and mail. The same knowledge base, the same tone, the same limits. So you don't maintain a separate phone version of your answers, and the customer doesn't hear something different on the phone than in chat.

On the phone different rules apply than on screen: answers stay one to three sentences and contain no lists or links, because those are unintelligible read aloud. The caller can talk over it and Cuego then stops speaking.
