With the Exact Online integration, Cuego gets direct access to your accounting: invoices, payment status, transactions and debtor details. This lets Cuego answer questions about money, invoices and payments directly instead of handing them off to bookkeeping. Exact Online stands as an example of accounting systems in this category. This integration is on the roadmap and not yet available.

Cuego doesn't copy your system. This data comes in the moment a customer gets in touch about it, and moves back into the background afterwards.
Invoices and their status: outstanding, paid, overdue or credited, including amounts and due dates.
Payment status and transactions per customer, so Cuego can see whether a payment has actually arrived.
Debtor details and balance: what a customer still owes and how long it has been outstanding.

Cuego only knows what the message says
A customer gets in touch. At that point Cuego knows nothing beyond what the message says: a name, an address and a question. Everything that makes the answer complete still sits in Exact Online.

With that data in place, nobody has to go looking. This is what can happen next.
Where is my invoice?
Cuego looks up the invoice in Exact Online, sees the status and resends it or shares the due date and outstanding amount, without involving bookkeeping.
Has my payment been processed?
Cuego checks the payment status and transactions in Exact Online and confirms straight away whether the payment has arrived, or explains what is still outstanding.
