Cuego takes notes and puts a summary with action items on the meeting afterwards. During the call you can create a task, report or follow-up yourself, so the agreements land straight in Cuego and reach the right person.

Is every call recorded?

Only if you turn on recording per meeting. If you do, the call is processed and stored on the meeting afterwards, together with the AI summary. Without recording you still get the notes, but no audio or video recording.

Can I steer the meeting as host?

Yes. As host you mute everyone at once, end the call for all participants and keep control. The host actions like creating a task or opening the CRM are only visible to you as a Cuego user, not to guests.

Recording only happens when you switch it on. That isn't a setting we fill in for you, because recording a conversation affects the participant and not just you.

The summary is written by the same AI agent that handles your chat and mail, so in the same tone and with the same knowledge of your business.
