CCV Shop is a widely used Dutch webshop platform that lets merchants manage their online sales, orders and inventory. Like other webshop and order management systems, it revolves around one central flow: a customer places an order, pays, and that order then moves through stages from processing to shipping. That's also where most customer questions arise.

Cuego connects directly to your CCV Shop and pulls the current order data the moment a customer reaches out. Cuego sees what the customer sees: which order, which products, which payment and shipping status. As a result, Cuego doesn't answer with generic text but with the actual state of that specific order, or kicks off a follow-up action.

How it works

How to connect CCV Shop

You connect CCV Shop through your webshop's API settings. Create an API key in your CCV Shop admin, paste it into Cuego under Integrations and select CCV Shop, then confirm the connection. Cuego then automatically syncs the relevant order, payment and stock data, so it can start using it right away.
