Mijnwebwinkel is a widely used webshop and order management platform for Dutch online stores. It manages your products, stock, orders and the entire fulfilment process around them. As a webshop or OMS it is where the actual customer data lives: what was ordered, whether it was paid, and where the parcel is.
Cuego connects directly to Mijnwebwinkel and uses that data not as reference, but to act. When a customer asks "where is my parcel?" or "did my payment go through?", Cuego looks up the right order, reads the current status and gives a concrete answer, or kicks off the right action. How to connect Mijnwebwinkel
You connect it in Cuego under Integrations: select Mijnwebwinkel and link your webshop using the API credentials from your Mijnwebwinkel account.
