Picqer is a Dutch order-management and warehouse system (OMS) that lets webshops manage stock and pick, pack and ship orders. It's an example within the webshops and order-management category: it knows exactly which stage an order is in, from intake to packing slip to shipment.
Cuego connects to Picqer and uses that order data to actually resolve customer questions. When a customer asks where their order is, Cuego checks the live order status in Picqer, sees whether it has been picked and shipped, and gives a concrete answer with tracking instead of a generic message.
The context that comes with it
This information already exists somewhere
Cuego doesn't copy your system. This data comes in the moment a customer gets in touch about it, and moves back into the background afterwards.
Orders and order lines: which products, quantities and the order number
Customer and address details linked to the order
Fulfillment and pick status: whether the order is processed, picked or still open
Shipping status and tracking of the shipment
Payment status of the order
Products and current stock per item
The integration in motion
1. The question comes in
Cuego only knows what the message says
A customer gets in touch. At that point Cuego knows nothing beyond what the message says: a name, an address and a question. Everything that makes the answer complete still sits in Picqer.
Has my order been packed yet?
Questions that answer themselves
With that data in place, nobody has to go looking. This is what can happen next.
Where is my order?
Cuego looks up the order in Picqer, checks whether it has been picked and shipped, and sends the current status with tracking right away.
Is my order correct?
When there's doubt about the contents, Cuego reads the order lines from Picqer and confirms which products and quantities were ordered and picked.
Is this product in stock?
Cuego checks current stock in Picqer and tells the customer whether the item is available, so they don't order something unexpectedly sold out.
My order has been open for days
Cuego sees in Picqer that an order is stuck in fulfillment and can flag it to the team or proactively inform the customer about the delay.
How it works
How to connect Picqer
Create an API key in Picqer under Settings and paste it into Cuego in the Picqer integration along with your Picqer subdomain. Cuego tests the connection and immediately starts syncing orders, stock and statuses. From then on Cuego has live access to your Picqer data in every customer conversation.
